What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, institution, email address, telephone number, and the details of your inquiry, including any file you choose to upload.

Our host collects standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages visited. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, fulfill an order, and provide technical support. We may contact you about your inquiry or an existing order.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your order, such as a carrier or, where you have asked us to, a distributor.

Confidential material

Drawings, protocols and specifications you send us are treated as confidential and used only to prepare your quote or build your product. We will sign your institution's non-disclosure agreement before review if you prefer. Ask us.

Retention

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to support the product and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
