Shipping and returns

Returned goods

Prior authorization from Seller is required before a return will be accepted. Standard products may be returned within 45 days of receipt, in saleable condition, by obtaining an RA number from Seller.

Seller will provide full credit for Product shipped in error, damaged, or defective when shipped. Product returned for any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. Because nearly every system we build is configured to a specific protocol, please confirm your configuration before ordering. We will review it with you at no charge.

To start a return

Email info@avabio.com or call 888.347.8304 with your order number and the part numbers concerned. We will issue an RA number and shipping instructions.

Payment and freight

Shipping is prepaid and added to the invoice. FOB: Origin. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Minimum order

$100 minimum order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Ordering through Fisher Scientific

Selected standard items can be ordered on your existing Fisher Scientific account. Ask us for the cross-reference list for your part numbers. Returns for those orders follow Fisher's process, not ours.

Lead times

Nearly every system we ship is configured to a protocol. We confirm a lead time with every quote rather than publishing a single figure, because a rat catheter and a large-animal system are not the same build.
