CNS, vascular, duodenal and subQ access ports
Continuous or intermittent access to vessels and body cavities for long-term dosing, blood sampling, and pressure monitoring. All ports connect to our tapered catheters through a universal connector pin.

Five port families. Pick the one closest to your study and the detail, sizes and part numbers are below.
One connector. Every port.
The low profile and ultra low profile ValPort, in plastic and in titanium, and the low profile and ultra low profile Cath-In-Cath 2, in plastic and in titanium, all use the same connector. Our tapered catheters run 3 French to 6 French and taper up to 6 French at the port, so every catheter meets every port the same way.

across every port line
all taper to 6 French
What that means in practice: you are not matching a connector to a port when you order, and you are not holding separate inventory for each port line. Pick the port for the study and the catheter for the vessel. They fit.
Cath-In-Cath 2 Titanium
The flagship. A flexible set passes through the port into the vessel catheter, so there is no needle sitting in a septum.
Ultra low and low profile
Cath-In-Cath 2 Plastic
The only all-plastic Cath-In-Cath system. Built for imaging studies and shorter programs that do not need titanium.
MRI and CT compatible
ValPort and ValPort TI
Conventional septum access with a large stable base. Plastic or titanium, for studies that do not require Cath-In-Cath access.
Largest septum area · low profile
SubQ Port Ti
Titanium port paired with a weeping subcutaneous catheter for reliable repeated subcutaneous dosing.
Subcutaneous delivery
IntraPort
The only all-plastic intrathecal port with a Borst-type connector. Percutaneous placement with a spinal introducer.

Cath-In-Cath 2 Port System
A kink-resistant Cath-In-Cath infusion catheter passes through the port body and into the vessel catheter. The flexible cannula does less damage to the port site than a rigid needle, does not need extensive wrapping, and reduces needle-stick exposure. Standard non-coring needles can still be used when preferred.
- Ultra low volume system
- Flexible set helps prevent disconnect
- Obstructions can be cleared with a guidewire
- Takes 19, 22 and 24 ga CIC infusion sets
- Linear design passes flow probes, temperature probes and guidewires

Cath-In-Cath Port, plastic
The performance of the titanium Cath-In-Cath 2 in an all-plastic build. Suited to short-term work and imaging studies where an all-plastic system is required. Ports and catheters can be packaged separately so catheter size can be matched to species or vessel.

SubQ Port Ti
Subcutaneous access with a large silicone septum in a titanium body, paired with a large-bore silicone catheter with integral side holes, Dacron cuff and atraumatic tip. The silicone catheter allows larger infusion volumes than a needle and concentrates delivery to a precise area. The Dacron cuff limits fluid tracking back toward the port site.

IntraPort
An all-plastic intrathecal port with a Borst-type connector, suited to imaging studies. Allows percutaneous implantation of the catheter into the intrathecal space using an intraspinal needle introducer. Very low dead space and a secure catheter-to-port connection.
